Ministry of Digital Transformation creates AI Factory for 226 million UAH: what it will bring to Ukrainians

According to glavcom.ua: The state enterprise 'Diia' has announced the winner of the tender for the purchase of equipment for the 'Sovereign Artificial Intelligence Factory'. According to 'Hromadske', the winner is 'Lan Tek' LLC, which offered the most advantageous proposal for 225.9 million UAH.

The procurement involves the supply of two software-hardware complexes with GPU nodes, liquid cooling systems, switches, data storage platforms, and licenses for Nvidia AI Enterprise. Thanks to this, the Ministry of Digital Transformation plans to launch the 'AI Factory' project - a state infrastructure for the development of artificial intelligence in Ukraine.

It is expected that the equipment will be delivered by June 1, 2026.

As a result of the tender for the purchase of equipment for the 'Sovereign Artificial Intelligence Factory', 'Lan Tek' LLC became the winner. The supply of equipment by June 1, 2026, will allow for the creation of a state infrastructure for the development of artificial intelligence in Ukraine and the implementation of the 'AI Factory' project.
