According to МЗС: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine expressed gratitude for the new report of the OHCHR, which again highlighted the extensive violations of human rights and international humanitarian law by the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The report recorded an increase in the number of civilian casualties due to the use of explosive weapons, as well as other criminal actions.
These figures once again emphasize the necessity of international cooperation and response to Russia's aggression against Ukraine, which has serious consequences for the civilian population and the humanitarian situation in the region.
