The Armed Forces of Ukraine are implementing a new digital system called 'Impulse'. According to the Ministry of Defense, it will be used for accounting and managing military personnel and will become the standard in all military units. 'Impulse' has started to be used in the Air Assault Forces, and soon the system will be launched in the Ground Forces.

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, emphasized: 'We are scaling the 'Impulse' system in the army and creating a basis for eliminating unnecessary bureaucratic burdens on military personnel.'

The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oksana Ferchuk, noted: ''Impulse' records clear current data about each soldier and changes in service, based on which orders, references, and statistical data are formed — transparent and consistent with each other.'

This system has been authorized according to international cybersecurity standards used in NATO countries. All data is stored and transmitted in a secure environment, accessible only to authorized persons with a defined level of rights.

This system has been developed by the military IT specialists of the Center for Scaling Technological Solutions, with deployment carried out by the units of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the future, integration of 'Impulse' with other digital solutions for the Armed Forces is planned to create a unified electronic space for managing military personnel.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces are implementing the digital system 'Impulse', which will help better manage military personnel and reduce bureaucratic burdens on them. The system meets all necessary cybersecurity requirements and advanced standards, ensuring data security. This step demonstrates the gradual modernization of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and their adaptation to the latest technological solutions in military management.
