According to Міністерство інфраструктури: The First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Development, Aliona Shkrum, denies information about a possible introduction of a tax on reconstruction, emphasizing that this is a misinterpretation of her words in the press. She highlighted that there are currently no plans to introduce additional taxes on citizens for recovery, as existing taxes are aimed at the defense and security of the country. Funding for the country's reconstruction is provided through international aid, grants, and concessional loans, and the possibility of creating a Recovery Fund for more effective collection and use of funds is also being considered.
