Ukraine and Germany agreed on the construction of social housing: details of the cooperation

The Ministry of Economic Development held a meeting with representatives from BMZ, KfW, GIZ, and the German Embassy, where they discussed cooperation in the housing sector for the coming years. During the meeting, issues of affordable housing and the digitalization of urban planning were addressed.

Participants emphasized the importance of concrete projects that will help people gain access to housing and create a sustainable support system for the future. They agreed on a pilot social housing project and identified common priorities and directions for future cooperation.

Ukrainian and German representatives found common ground on the cooperation strategy in housing policy, which will allow for the effective implementation of necessary reforms and projects to improve the living conditions of citizens.
