Barrier-Free Map in Ukraine: over 70 thousand objects are already marked on the map
At a briefing in the Media Center Ukraine, representatives of the Ministry of Development and LUN spoke about the results and plans regarding the development of the Barrier-Free Map. Currently, over 70 thousand objects have already been marked on the digital tool, which helps people with disabilities plan their routes. An important aspect of the work is the digital changes and monitoring in the Barrier-Free Movement project, which enables planning modernization and improvements based on objective data.
The digital format of monitoring simplifies the process, and the digitization of barrier-free routes allows for quick and transparent access to available information. The further development of the Barrier-Free Map depends on the active participation of communities that can implement changes and make the environment more accessible for all citizens.
