Veterans will launch new services in Diia: what will change by the end of the year

Veterans will have access to new opportunities on the 'Veteran PRO' platform by the end of the year. Among the innovations is compensation for car insurance through 'Diia', e-certificates, extracts from the register, and other services. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko during the International Veteran Forum 'Ukraine. Veterans. Security', reports 'Glavkom'.

In September, veterans will have the opportunity to receive compensation for car insurance through 'Diia', in November - e-certificates, and in December - extracts from the register via 'VeteranPro'. Moreover, veterans with disabilities will be able to apply for vehicle modifications online and receive monetary compensation.

«So, most services that previously took a week and required a large number of paper documents, we are doing all this online, in «digital», - emphasized the Prime Minister.

Recently, a section of 'Veteran PRO' appeared on the 'Diia' platform, which offers various services for veterans, such as finding specialists for support and demobilized persons, veteran sports, and others. There are also services for free transition to the 'Diia' portal, including applications for subsidies and the status of a person with a disability due to war.

As a result, the new opportunities on the 'Veteran PRO' platform will allow veterans to gain quick and convenient access to the necessary services without unnecessary difficulties and bureaucratic barriers.
