NACP's Educational Outreach in 2025

According to НАЗК: In 2025, Ukraine's National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) conducted extensive educational programs targeting public servants, anti-corruption officers, educators, and youth. This work is a core part of Ukraine's broader institutional reforms. Key achievements included organizing over 90 training and awareness events, developing the Study.NAZK platform, collaborating with educational institutions, and hosting the Integrity2030 forum.

Key Initiatives and Outcomes

NACP specialists held more than 90 educational events in 2025, including lectures, seminars, training sessions, and webinars. Traditional anti-corruption programs were combined with new strategic focuses, such as lobbying regulations and whistleblower protection. The Integrity Week for public servants, now a nationwide initiative, saw participation from ministries, central executive bodies, regional military administrations, and city councils. In partnership with the Higher School of Public Administration, the NACP implemented professional development programs for anti-corruption officers, heads of government bodies, and Category A civil servants.

The Study.NAZK platform continued its significant growth, reaching over 298,000 users in 2025-nearly triple the number from 2023. That year alone, 81,000 new learners joined the platform, and 460,000 certificates were issued, with an 83% course completion rate. New online courses were created to support the digital transformation of learning.

The NACP's collaboration with educational institutions spanned all levels. The 'Transparent School' project involved 1,438 schools and over 550,000 pupils. An 'Integrity Lesson' reached more than 113,400 students from over 2,000 institutions. The 'Transparent Universities' project included 91 universities, where over 9,000 students studied the 'Anti-Corruption and Integrity' discipline. A pilot project, 'Transparent Vocational Education,' engaged 20 institutions across 17 Ukrainian cities, involving over 14,300 students and 1,280 teachers.

The NACP-organized Integrity2030 forum aimed to develop a future anti-corruption strategy.

Iryna Tymchenko, Head of the Educational Work and Training Programs Department, noted: 'In 2025, we scaled up the reach of our training and educational events, ensured the continuous operation of the Study.NAZK platform, and developed learning products to meet the high public demand for quality anti-corruption knowledge.'

Serhii Hupiak, Deputy Head of the NACP, emphasized:

'The NACP's educational and training efforts have demonstrated systemic maturity and an ability to scale solutions nationally. Our task for 2026 is to consolidate these results through the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2026–2030.'

Thus, the NACP continues its work to foster a sustainable culture of integrity in Ukraine.

Raising awareness and education on anti-corruption practices is a crucial step in Ukraine's fight against corruption. The successful implementation of programs like 'Transparent School' and 'Transparent Universities' shows active participation from educational institutions in building integrity. The popular Study.NAZK platform provides widespread access to anti-corruption resources and knowledge, helping to cultivate a more conscious society.
