Judge bought Mercedes for 10 thousand: NABU demands to recover 3.3 million UAH

NABU raised the question of the assets of the judge of the Kyiv-Sviatoshynskyi District Court. The agency, supported by information from the SBU, appealed to the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to recognize the judge's assets as unjustified.

During the audit, it was found that the judge underestimated the value of three cars he purchased. Experts claim that these cars are worth much more than the price stated.

“After analyzing the income and expenses of the judge and his family, NABU concluded that they could not afford to acquire this property through legal means.”

SAP also intervened in the case

The Special Investigation Service of the Prosecutor General's Office appealed to the High Anti-Corruption Court to declare the judge's assets, including cars and cash in bank accounts amounting to over 3.3 million UAH, unjustified.

This situation indicates serious suspicions regarding the judge and the need for an investigation into possible corruption in the judiciary.
