This figure is based on more than 11,000 job listings, reflecting a substantial amount of salary information in this field. The average salary in financial and insurance activities at the end of 2025 reached 50,706 UAH. It is worth noting the following salary figures:

  • Chief Financial Officers earn an average of 79,400 UAH;
  • Business Analysts - 64,500 UAH;
  • Branch Managers in major cities - from 65,000 to 70,000 UAH including bonuses;
  • Cashiers nationwide - 22,000 UAH, in Kyiv - 28,500 UAH;
  • Branch Administrators - 22,800 UAH plus bonuses.

Data shows that salary growth rates in Ukraine's private sector exceeded 20% per year at the end of 2025. In 2026, financial managers' salaries rose by 25% to 37,500 UAH, accountants by 23% to 28,000 UAH, and analysts and cash collectors by 19%. Operations staff and CFOs received an 18% increase, while economists saw a 10% rise. Specifically, cashier salaries in Kyiv grew by 28% to 28,500 UAH, compared to a 13% increase nationwide.

These salary changes are directly linked to a labor shortage in the banking sector. Banks' profits for 2024 exceeded 100 billion UAH, indicating financial stability and industry growth. The net interest margin for banks remains around 7.7%. The 2026 state budget sets the average salary across all sectors at 30,032 UAH, reflecting labor market trends.
