The level of Ukrainian business in Poland is constantly growing: since the beginning of the war and invasion, there have been over 13 thousand new companies established by Ukrainian citizens. In total, Ukrainians have already become owners of more than 29 thousand companies on Polish soil. This only confirms the continuous development of Ukrainian business in the neighboring country.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, Ukrainian citizens have registered over 13 thousand new companies in Poland. According to the Polish National Court Register (KRS), as of early July 2025, Ukrainians have become beneficiaries of 29,044 companies in Poland. Moreover, almost half of them - 13,014 businesses - were opened after February 24, 2022.

Most Ukrainian Companies Concentrated in Three Voivodeships

As reported by Opendatabot, the majority of Ukrainian companies are concentrated in three voivodeships: in Mazovia (particularly in Warsaw), there are 11,568 businesses operating, in Lesser Poland (Krakow and the region) - 3,200, and in Lower Silesia (Wroclaw and surrounding areas) - 3,019. Over the past three and a half years, more than 208 thousand new companies have been registered in Poland, with 6% of them having Ukrainian origins.

Increase in the Number of Ukrainian Charitable Organizations

The number of Ukrainian charitable organizations in Poland has also significantly increased. Since 2022, 486 new funds have been created - four times more than before the invasion. The majority of companies opened by Ukrainians after 2022 fall into the category of small businesses, about 10 thousand of them have a registered capital of less than 10 thousand zlotys, and only 133 companies declared capital exceeding half a million zlotys.

Ukrainian businesses and charitable organizations are constantly evolving in Poland, with over 13 thousand new companies registered and an increase in the number of charitable funds. This indicates the growing activity and support for Ukrainians in the neighboring country.
