According to hvylya.net: The Ukrainian government is preparing for the country's entry into the European Payments Area (SEPA). The proposed bill includes the creation of a centralized registry of all bank accounts and safes of individuals so that the State Tax Service can access this information. The registry will also be open to other state bodies by court decision.
