Зміни у тарифах Нової Пошти з 1 грудня: які послуги подорожчають, а які залишаться без змін?

Updated delivery tariffs from 'Nova Poshta'

From December 1, 2025, 'Nova Poshta' will introduce updated delivery tariffs. This decision will affect various categories of shipments, some of which will remain with unchanged tariffs, while others will undergo changes.

What will remain unchanged?

The cost of delivering parcels weighing up to 2 kg, as well as the cost of shipments from villages and towns, will remain at the previous level. The commission for declared value up to 500 UAH, redirection in transit, return of documents and parcels, branded envelopes and packages with a volume of 0.5–4 kg, as well as guaranteed compensation for the declared value in case of force majeure, are also included in the cost and will not change.

Changing tariffs include:

  • delivery of documents in an envelope: 60 UAH within the city and 70 UAH across Ukraine;
  • self-service terminal increases delivery cost by 10 UAH;
  • courier delivery or pickup will cost an additional 50 UAH;
  • urban shipments between branches: 100 UAH up to 10 kg and 160 UAH up to 30 kg;
  • intercity shipments between branches: 120 UAH up to 10 kg and 180 UAH up to 30 kg.

Thus, from December 2025, 'Nova Poshta' clients can expect both unchanged tariffs for certain services and new prices for other categories of delivery.

The introduction of new tariffs is part of 'Nova Poshta's' strategy to respond to changes in the logistics services market and ensure competitiveness. Keeping certain tariffs unchanged may indicate the company's desire to maintain the loyalty of existing clients, while the price increases in other categories of shipments may be due to rising service and delivery costs. This decision may influence clients' choices in the future, especially in light of increasing competition in the delivery sector in Ukraine.
