Odesa paralyzed by heavy rain: pumping stations flooded, transport movement changed

According to glavcom.ua: In Odesa, heavy rains led to severe flooding in the city. The municipal infrastructure suffered significant damage, and pumping stations were flooded due to abnormal precipitation. Some streets became impassable, and public transport was redirected.
Despite the difficult situation, rescue services are already on site and working to eliminate the aftermath of the disaster. The mayor reported the death of a person during the rain, and the search continues for a 23-year-old girl who went missing during the bad weather.
