Russians shelled rescuers in Kharkiv region: a hero firefighter died

Sad news has come from the Kharkiv region: during the extinguishing of a fire, a rescuer died, and five of his colleagues were injured. According to 'Glavkom', citing the State Emergency Service, this tragedy occurred due to a strike from an enemy drone in the village of Zeleny Hay of the Velykoburlutska community in the Kupiansk district.

It has only now become known that as a result of this strike, a military serviceman died, whom the State Fire and Rescue Unit will lose. He was the Chief Master-Sergeant of the Civil Protection Service, Yuriy Chistikov, who was 50 years old.

Recently, there have also been cases where Russian troops struck rescuers with drones in Kherson and a fire station in Druzhkivka in Donetsk region. These attacks have become an extraordinary threat to the life and safety of people who carry out important work in dangerous conditions.

In the village of Zeleny Hay in the Kharkiv region, a rescuer was killed by a strike from an enemy drone, which is yet another example of the escalation of the situation in eastern Ukraine and the threat to the lives of the civilian population and military personnel.
