The eOselya Program: 1000 IDPs Have Already Applied for Housing Compensation

Approximately 1000 applications for compensation have been received under the eOselya program. Applications were submitted by participants in the youth housing program and residents of frontline areas. The program provides for reimbursement of part of the down payment for a mortgage, monthly payments during the first year, as well as additional support of up to 40,000 UAH.

Conditions for Participation in the Program

Compensation can be received by participants of the youth housing program and residents of frontline areas who do not have any other housing, except for that which is located in temporarily occupied areas or in combat zones. The cost of new housing should not exceed 2 million UAH.

To receive compensation, it is necessary to apply for the eOselya program in Diia, choose a bank, and submit the necessary documents. Recipients of assistance will be checked by the Pension Fund to determine their compliance with the program conditions.

Participants in the eOselya program can take advantage of government support in the form of compensation when purchasing housing. Applications are considered in accordance with the program criteria, which were published earlier.
