Pension Fund on Subsidies with Debts: Who Will Be Denied and Who Will Receive

The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained the conditions for receiving housing subsidies for households with debts for utility services. The debt must not exceed three months and 680 hryvnias. Specific conditions apply to certain categories of citizens, but there are exceptions when it is possible to receive a subsidy even with debts. It is important to document the repayment of the debt or to conclude a restructuring agreement.

Assistance is granted in cases where citizens have confirmed the repayment of the debt or have concluded a restructuring agreement. A subsidy can also be obtained when disputing the debt in court, provided there is a ruling to open proceedings.

Pension Fund Budget for 2025

Recently, the government approved the budget for the next year. The volume of revenues will amount to 1025.2 billion hryvnias, while expenditures will be 1020.9 billion. This will ensure financial stability, covering all planned indexations and social payments.
