Pension Fund Hosts Workshop on Barrier-Free Service Management for Center Leaders
Workshop for Heads of Citizen Service Units
According to Пенсії (RSS): On September 17–18, 2023, a specialized workshop took place in Vinnytsia region, gathering leaders from citizen service departments of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's regional offices and Kyiv city. The event focused on enhancing the operation of service centers, improving communication with the public, strengthening collaboration with administrative service centers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. A key topic was promoting barrier-free access to Pension Fund services.
Participants included:
- Yevhen Kapinus, Chairman of the Pension Fund of Ukraine
- Irina Kovpashko, Deputy Chairperson
- Lyudmila Netskina, Barrier-Free Ambassador from Vinnytsia region
- Yevhen Syvoplyas, Barrier-Free Ambassador from Volyn region
Service unit managers from across Ukraine shared their practical experiences and strategies for implementing accessible services.

This workshop is part of the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s ongoing initiative to elevate service standards and guarantee accessibility for all citizens. Raising staff awareness about barrier-free practices and efficient service management plays a critical role in increasing public satisfaction. As service delivery systems undergo reform, considering every aspect of interaction with citizens is vital for enhancing the reputation of government institutions.
