According to МВС: Anatoliy, who lost his leg while serving due to a mine explosion, successfully completed training at the 'Barrier-Free Driving School' at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs. He received his driver's license and can now enjoy driving a car again, feeling free and independent.
The 'Barrier-Free Driving Schools' Project
The initiative 'Without Barriers', launched by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska, aims to provide the opportunity to learn to drive for all interested, regardless of their physical abilities. This project opens new horizons for people with disabilities and helps them return to an active and independent life.
