The tax authorities revealed the salaries of gas station employees in Ukraine
The State Tax Service has for the first time published open data on average salaries of gas station employees in Ukraine, as well as the amount of taxes from each liter of fuel sold. The statistics cover the largest gas station networks and show a significant difference in both personnel income and tax burden. ZAXID.NET reports on this.
According to the information from the State Tax Service, the highest average salaries in October 2025 were recorded in the SOCAR network - 36.2 thousand UAH. Following are EPG (Rodnik) with an indicator of 33.3 thousand UAH and UPG - 31.9 thousand UAH. The top five also includes OKKO with an average salary of 31.6 thousand UAH and WOG - 29.8 thousand UAH.
Gas station employee salaries: who led in income
The tax authorities reminded that since July 2025, legislative changes have been in effect, which established a minimum average level of salaries at gas stations not lower than 16 thousand UAH, starting from October. Among the 48 companies on the State Tax Service's list, only eight did not reach the established minimum.
Gas station employee salaries: taxes on each liter of fuel
Separately, the tax service has begun publishing data on the amount of taxes that gas station operators pay per liter of fuel sold. The highest figure recorded in October was in the Sun Oil network - 12.65 UAH per liter. For comparison, the OKKO network remitted 1.66 UAH per liter to the budget in the same month.
It was previously reported that at the beginning of the new year, Ukraine plans to increase excise taxes on gasoline, diesel fuel, and autogas, which could lead to price increases at gas stations by 1-3 UAH per liter.
