According to Главком: More than 500 people have been temporarily relocated in Vyshneve, a town in the Kyiv region, as authorities respond to the danger of further explosions. Evacuation points have been set up, and National Police command centers are now operational. A hotline has also been launched to provide guidance for residents whose property was damaged during the incident.

In the early hours of July 6, Kyiv came under a massive Russian attack, leading to a day of mourning in the city on July 7 for those killed in the assault.

National Police Chief Ihor Klymenko stated: 'In Vyshneve, due to the threat of secondary detonations, we have begun evacuating residents from the danger zone. Over 500 people have already been temporarily moved while cleanup operations continue. We are also inspecting damaged private homes to ensure no one is left behind.'

The Vyshneve municipal territorial community urged residents to stay calm and follow instructions from emergency services, advising them to bring documents, necessary medications, water, and essential items. 'First, please submit claims through the Diia app. If you don’t have Diia, contact the Administrative Services Center (TsNAP). TsNAP will begin operations today around 10:00 AM,' the city council added, noting that some of its staff were also affected.

Air quality in the capital has also deteriorated. Russia’s Ministry of Defense commented on the massive strike on Kyiv overnight on July 6, which triggered emergency measures in Vyshneve and surrounding areas.
