Zelensky named the condition for a meeting with Trump: when the peace document will be ready

According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky informed reporters that a meeting with US President Donald Trump will only take place after the final peace agreement document between Kyiv and Moscow is agreed upon.

Zelensky noted that after negotiations in Berlin, American representatives will hold consultations with the Russians before meeting with Trump. After that, a meeting of the teams of both countries is planned in the United States.

“After this meeting, we will think about a meeting at the leader level, at least with the US president,” Zelensky emphasized.

For his part, at a briefing, Donald Trump noted that Ukraine has already lost certain territories and stated that the US and Europe are working to ensure security to avoid a repeat of the war in the east.

The meeting of the presidents of Ukraine and the US is scheduled after the peace agreement between Kyiv and Moscow is agreed. Zelensky emphasized the importance of this step and spoke about the sequence of events leading up to the meeting itself.
