Russian freestyler Anastasia Tatalina decided to clean up her social media from troubles. She deleted her page on 'VKontakte', where she followed a propaganda page, and also removed her like from a post with a Russian patriotic slogan. The athlete hopes to convince the International Ski and Snowboard Federation that she is a 'neutral athlete' in order to have the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games. Since 2022, Russian athletes have not participated in competitions under the auspices of FIS due to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Tatalina feels a deep desire to return to the sports arena, where she can reclaim victory, and asks FIS to grant her this opportunity.
