PrivatBank's Free Card Delivery Service

According to ХВИЛЯ: PrivatBank has extended its offer of free delivery for physical payment cards, both within Ukraine and internationally, until the end of 2026. This move continues a popular service that helps customers, including many displaced by conflict, access banking services conveniently. Customers can apply for a card remotely via the Privat24 app or web version, allowing them to receive their card without incurring extra costs.

Delivery is available across Ukraine and to over 60 countries worldwide. Within Ukraine, cards are delivered via Nova Poshta branches or parcel lockers. For Ukrainians abroad, courier delivery is available. In 2025 alone, PrivatBank clients received over 1.2 million cards by mail, with nearly 150,000 sent to customers outside Ukraine.

Demand for Free Card Delivery

The free delivery service for payment cards will remain available throughout 2026. The leading countries by number of orders are:

• United Kingdom
• France
• Spain

Domestically, the most frequent deliveries are to Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, and Vinnytsia regions.
