The eOselia Program's Impact on Housing Conditions

These figures demonstrate strong public engagement with the eOselia program, which is actively improving housing accessibility. The initiative reflects a growing demand for mortgages, particularly among socially vulnerable groups, as the country continues its recovery. This program is especially significant given the housing challenges many Ukrainians face due to the ongoing war.

Beyond improving living standards, the initiative supports national economic stability by stimulating the construction sector and related industries. The statistical analysis confirms the program is meeting its objectives by attracting diverse citizen groups, including military personnel, medical workers, and the internally displaced.
