According to hvylya.net: The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made a decision regarding the allocation of 1 billion UAH for the restoration of infrastructure. This subsidy from the state budget is intended for local communities. According to the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, this will allow funding for an additional 39 projects aimed at restoring social and critical infrastructure within the Ukraine Recovery Program III.

107 projects will receive funding from the state budget

In 2025, the state budget allocates 1 billion UAH in subsidies for financing such projects. Earlier, these funds were distributed among communities for the implementation of 68 projects. With the approved changes, a total of 107 projects in various regions of Ukraine will receive funding.

The projects encompass key areas of recovery:

the installation of cogeneration units;modernization of water supply and sewage systems;reconstruction of medical facilities;construction of housing for internally displaced persons.

The Ukraine Recovery Program III is being implemented in cooperation with the European Investment Bank (EIB). An agreement to attract 100 million euros was signed and ratified in 2024. The funds are provided to communities in the form of subsidies from the state budget on a non-repayable basis.

Overall, 130 projects worth approximately 4.7 billion UAH have been approved for implementation under the program. All of them were submitted by communities through the digital DREAM system, which ensured their transparent prioritization.

The government allocated 1 billion UAH for the restoration of infrastructure. Communities managed to attract funding for over 100 projects in various sectors, which will contribute to creating better living conditions for residents and the development of the country as a whole.
