According to Прокуратура Київ: The Prosecutor's Office recovered nearly 4.5 million hryvnias to the state budget for the illegal rental of premises in Kyiv. This became possible thanks to a lawsuit filed by the Pechersk District Prosecutor's Office of Kyiv.

According to the information, the premises in question have an area of over 570 square meters and are located at: Lesya Ukrainka Boulevard, 26. The rental agreement was concluded for a period of 2 years and 11 months, until October 9, 2019. However, after the expiration of the contract, the tenant continued to use the premises without appropriate payment.
