Recently, the Cabinet made a decision to update the applications 'Army+' and 'Reserve+' and merge them into a single web portal. This new initiative is aimed at improving the accessibility of government services related to defense and national security. The new regulations are especially significant as they make the operation of the 'Reserve+' program more transparent and accessible to the public.
Under the new rules, a personal cabinet for conscripts and reservists will be available through a personal web page or the 'Reserve+' mobile app. This will allow citizens to view and update personal and military data, submit documents and applications, schedule appointments, and provide digital government services in the military sector.
Additionally, access to the personal cabinet will be granted to Ukrainians aged 16 to 65 who are not in military registration for certain reasons, after passing an electronic identity check in the system. This will mark a new stage in enhancing government services and increasing their accessibility for citizens.
