Scheduled Maintenance for Reserve+ App to Temporarily Halt Services

According to Главком: Planned technical work on the Oberih registry will render the Reserve+ application unavailable for three hours, from 00:00 to 03:00 on February 20. The Ministry of Defense, as reported by the General Staff, advises users to download a PDF copy of their electronic military registration document in advance. This app is a key digital tool for military administration and mobilization processes in Ukraine.

Services within the app will be inaccessible until work concludes at 03:00. It is important to note that notifications sent through the app are not equivalent to official military summonses; receiving or reading such a notification does not constitute legal service of a summons. Furthermore, the app will soon allow all Ukrainian citizens to apply for a deferral, regardless of their marital status.

Steps to Download Your Electronic Military Document

Users wishing to download their document should open the Reserve+ app, tap the plus sign or menu for additional actions on the main screen, select the 'Download PDF' option, and save the file to their phone's storage. The Reserve+ app also sends push notifications regarding several critical updates, including:

  • Being placed on or removed from a wanted list
  • Violations of military registration rules and associated fines
  • Updates to the Reserve ID
  • Receipt of a deferral or reservation
  • Receipt of an electronic referral for a military medical commission (VLK)

Within the current quarter, new notification types will be introduced in Reserve+, covering events such as registration, removal from registration, exclusion from registration, and the cancellation of deferrals. These updates aim to enhance user communication and provide more convenient access to vital information.

The technical maintenance on the Reserve+ system highlights the ongoing development and refinement of electronic services in Ukraine, which seeks to ensure convenience and accessibility for citizens requiring military registration documents.

The functional updates and new notification types demonstrate the Ministry of Defense's commitment to improving transparency and communication efficiency with users, which may help build greater trust in state services within this sector.
