Risks to civilian objects
This incident demonstrates the increasing risk to civilian objects, particularly medical facilities, during military operations. The attack on the hospital raises serious concerns regarding compliance with international humanitarian law norms that protect medical institutions from attacks. The critical situation in Slavutych, where thousands of families were left without electricity, further underscores the scale of the devastating consequences of these attacks for the civilian population.
