Russians intensify assaults in the south: key attack directions named

In the combat zone in southern Ukraine, particularly in the areas of Novoandriivka, Novodanylivka, and Mala Tokmachka, Russian troops have increased their activity. The enemy conducts daily assaults on Ukrainian positions. This was reported by the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, for Ukrinform.

'The enemy has begun activity near the settlements of Novoandriivka and Novodanylivka. They are also conducting assault actions on our positions daily, but have not achieved success,' he said.

According to intelligence reports, the enemy has sent force groups to the forward positions near Mala Tokmachka. 'We expect that assault actions will also resume here, and the enemy will attempt to capture this settlement,' Voloshyn added.

Intensive airstrikes and assaults from the enemy

The Russian opponent continues to carry out airstrikes in the Huliaipilskiy direction, targeting the settlements of Zaliznychne and Bilohirya. These strikes are intended to destroy Ukrainian positions before further assault actions. In the area of responsibility of the Southern Defense Forces, there were up to 50 assault actions recorded last week, most of which occurred in the Orihiv direction, where the enemy will attempt to storm Ukrainian positions.

It has been reported that Russian troops continue to intensify their activities in the southern direction in Ukraine. They conduct assaults on Ukrainian positions and carry out airstrikes on settlements, leading to an escalation of the conflict in this area.
