According to Главком: Russian forces launched a large-scale assault on the city of Dnipro in the early hours of February 12, employing Iskander ballistic missiles and attack drones. The attack resulted in injuries to two children, including an infant and a 4-year-old girl. Numerous private homes and vehicles were damaged, and a fire broke out at the Prydniprovska Thermal Power Plant (TPP). This attack is part of a wider pattern of Russian strikes targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure and civilian areas.

The assault lasted approximately 20 minutes and involved up to 10 ballistic missiles and dozens of attack drones. This is not the first act of aggression by Russian forces in the area. A previous attack partially destroyed a 16-story residential building, igniting a fire across 200 square meters in two apartments. During that incident, 16 people were rescued from the upper floors, and 6 individuals, including a child, sustained injuries.

Oleksandr Ganzha reported that the children injured in the latest attack are receiving all necessary medical assistance.
