According to information, two Russian FPV drones attacked the energy facility in the frontline city of Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result, one of the drones damaged the vehicle of the repair crew, but the energy workers were unharmed, as they were in shelters during the attack.

DTEK representatives stated: «We are doing everything possible to continue providing light even in wartime.» This is not the first case of attacks on energy infrastructure.

On September 8, Russian forces attacked DTEK's enrichment plant in Donetsk region, causing significant destruction and halting its operations. Also, on September 1, a Russian drone attacked a DTEK energy crew during emergency work in Dnipropetrovsk region.
