According to ДСНС: Sloviansk, in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk region, has faced repeated attacks during the ongoing war. This latest Russian aerial assault killed one person and wounded five, while also leaving a trail of damage across the city.

Emergency crews extinguished several fires, including blazes in two outbuildings and garages, and managed to contain a fire at an industrial facility. Yet the risk of further shelling forced them to pause their work. During another attack, two garages caught fire and five additional apartment buildings were damaged. Firefighters quickly put out the garage fire, but the situation remains tense and unpredictable.

This incident highlights the alarming reality in the eastern Ukraine conflict, where ongoing military action continues to wreck civilian infrastructure and endanger local communities.

Even with rescue teams working around the clock, the persistent threat of renewed strikes is hampering humanitarian efforts and the recovery of damaged sites.
