Russian shelling destroyed the 'Nova Poshta' branch in Donetsk

According to glavcom.ua: In the evening of October 5, around 18:40, as a result of the shelling, the 'Nova Poshta' branch in Donetsk region was completely destroyed. At the time of the strike, the branch was closed, so there were no casualties among the staff or visitors.

According to the company’s information, 405 parcels worth over 1 million hryvnias were destroyed due to the shelling. 'Nova Poshta' stated that it would fully compensate clients for the losses and will provide details for reimbursement shortly.

Currently, it has not been reported in which specific settlement in Donetsk the branch was destroyed.

It was also reminded that similar incidents have occurred in the past. For instance, on the night of August 28, the sorting depot of 'Nova Poshta' in Kyiv was attacked, and on the night of July 18, branch No. 9 in Sloviansk, Donetsk region was also attacked.

Additionally, it was reported that a 'Nova Poshta' terminal in Sloviansk was attacked using Shahed-type strike drones, which were destroyed.

During the shelling by Russian forces, the 'Nova Poshta' branch in Donetsk was completely demolished. The company estimates the losses at over 1 million hryvnias, promises full compensation to clients, and plans to quickly restore the operation of the branch. Such attacks are becoming increasingly common, posing a serious threat to the postal company's infrastructure in Ukraine.
