Overnight Drone Operation on Occupied Territory

According to ХВИЛЯ: On the night of June 5, drones from the Unmanned Systems Forces struck a temporary deployment site of the Russian 90th Separate Engineer-Sapper Regiment, part of the 51st Army, located near the settlement of Pionerske in the occupied Donetsk region. The attack also hit a truck parking area, a gas storage facility, and several logistics targets. The operation was conducted in close coordination with the SBU's Center for Deep Operations.

Units Involved and Official Statements

The 90th Separate Engineer-Sapper Regiment had been operating on the Bakhmut and Avdiivka fronts, and was also involved in mining and fortifying the Surovikin Line in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. The regiment actively trains specialists and develops new types of munitions.

The strike involved operators from several units, including:

• The 1st Separate Center
• The 412th Brigade "Nemesis"
• The 413th Regiment "Reid"

Additional logistics targets were engaged by the 13th Detachment of Madar's Birds.

Operator Robert "Madar" Brovdi commented on the operation's results: 'Trucks, logistics, and substations were burning through the night, all the way to the Mariupol port.'

The Unmanned Systems Forces also stressed that accountability for war crimes and participation in aggression against Ukraine is inevitable, stating: 'We will find each one.'

This operation highlights the growing effectiveness of unmanned technologies in combat on eastern Ukraine's front lines and underscores the importance of destroying enemy supply chains to reduce their military capabilities.
