According to Главком: Ukrainian moviegoers have six new films to choose from this week. The lineup includes the family comedy "Nu Mam" starring Ada Rogovtseva and Nataliya Sumska, and the historical drama "Vichnyk," a passion project director Ivan Nikolaichuk worked on for over 12 years. This diverse slate highlights the growing vitality of Ukraine's domestic film industry.

The comedy "Nu Mam," directed by Oleg Borshchevsky, premiered on January 22, 2026. Filming began in August 2025. Alongside leads Rogovtseva and Sumska, the cast features:

Another new title is "Surfing on Memory," which first premiered in September 2025. Produced with a budget of €8 million, the film stars Audrey Fleurot, Dany Boon, Nicolas Marié, and Evan Bourdel.

The list of new releases also includes "Book Adventures," which had its world premiere in October 2024. The film stars Christoph Maria Herbst, Ronald Zehrfeld, and Edin Hasanovic.

The final new entry is "Flash," a $1 million production shot in Los Angeles. Its cast is led by Billy Burke, Raoul Max Trujillo, Taylor Handley, and Alicia Oex.
