Judge from Transcarpathia caught accepting a bribe of 1300 dollars for lifting the forest seizure

According to САП: Corruption scandal in Transcarpathia: the judge is accused of trying to receive a bribe for lifting the seizure of forestry resources. According to SAP, he has been charged with illegal bribery amounting to 1300 dollars in order to resolve the issue regarding 20 cubic meters of forest. The investigation is ongoing, and NABU, together with the police, are actively working to identify similar violations of the law.
This case serves as yet another example of the work of specialized anti-corruption agencies in Ukraine, which, together with the police, carry out important work in identifying and stopping corrupt practices within the judicial system and government as a whole.
