How much does one KFC outlet earn in Ukraine on average

In 2025, franchisees of the KFC fast food chain received 3.66 billion UAH in revenue in Ukraine. This is 31.6% more than the previous year. On average, one restaurant in the chain generates about 60 million UAH in turnover per year. This is reported by Delo.ua.

The development of the KFC brand in Ukraine is managed by three franchisees, who together account for over 12% of the fast food international chain segment in the Ukrainian market.

KFC Restaurants' Revenue in Ukraine: Financial Indicators

According to the analytical system YouControl, the highest revenue among partners was received by the company «Testi Food».

Franchisee revenue in 2025:

• «Testi Food» — 1.34 billion UAH;

• «Global Restaurant Group - Ukraine» — 1.18 billion UAH;

• «DTS-Kharkiv» — 1.13 billion UAH.

In total, partners provided the network turnover at the level of 3.66 billion UAH.

Average Turnover of a KFC Restaurant in Ukraine: How Much Does One Outlet Earn

There are approximately 60 KFC restaurants operating in Ukraine. If the total revenue is distributed among them, one outlet brings in an average of about 60 million UAH per year.

In dollar terms, this is approximately 1.4–1.6 million dollars.

At the same time, the turnover largely depends on the location. Restaurants in large cities and shopping centers, especially in Kyiv, have the highest income.

In 2025, the network continued its expansion and opened new restaurants in the following cities:

• Sokilnyky (Lviv region);

• Rivne;

• Odesa (two locations);

• Kolomyia.

In 2026, a restaurant has already opened in Chernivtsi, and by the end of the year, the company plans to launch at least five more new outlets.
