Social Payments in a New Way: A Unified System Has Already Started Operating in Ukraine

As of July 1, the Pension Fund of Ukraine began administering social payments, leading to radical changes in the system of providing state assistance to citizens. The innovations are aimed at simplifying the procedures for receiving payments and eliminating bureaucratic barriers.An important aspect of the reform is the automation of processes and the expansion of the network of points of contact for submitting applications for social payments. This will help avoid unnecessary paperwork, speed up decision-making, and reduce the number of errors. Additionally, the transfer of functions to the Pension Fund is conditioned by the need to update the outdated IT infrastructure and improve the operation of the social support system. The reform aims to minimize risks and enhance the effectiveness of providing state payments in the digital age.
