Today marked the historic first visit of the President of Ukraine to Ireland since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries. A Partnership Roadmap was signed between Ukraine and Ireland for a minimum of the next 5 years.
During the meeting with Prime Minister Micheál Martin, the President noted that many issues were discussed, including support for joining the European Union, Russia's aggression, and cooperation in humanitarian and cultural spheres.
Thanking Ireland for their support, for respecting our country, and for protecting people's rights. This partnership is not only political; it is aimed at protecting the lives of every nation.
The first visit of the President of Ukraine to Ireland was an important event in the development of relations between the countries and a confirmation of mutual partnership at various levels.
