This meeting took place against the backdrop of Russia's ongoing military aggression, highlighting the strategic importance of these collaborative efforts.
In a separate but related initiative, the Czech Republic outlined the need for €5 billion to fund an ammunition program for 2025. So far, €1.4 billion of the required €5 billion has been secured, indicating progress in addressing Ukraine's critical ammunition needs.
We are more united and determined than ever. We will intensify military assistance to Ukraine. We will increase pressure on Russia, and we want 2026 to be the year this war ends, the year we secure peace.
John Healey
