Stasia Rovinska Confirms Split with Husband

According to РБК-Україна — Lite: Stasia Rovinska has publicly confirmed her divorce from Yaroslav Rovinsky, ending a marriage that lasted 13 years. The couple share three children: sons Evan and Eney, and a daughter named Emma. Stasia and Yaroslav first met when she was just 13 and he was 16, both attending the same school at the time. They eventually married in 2014.

Following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the family relocated to the United States. Before the war, Yaroslav ran an electronics retail business, but operations came to a halt after the conflict began. He donated part of his inventory to support Ukrainian military forces and continued paying his employees' salaries for some time after the invasion.

Stasia's Life in America

In the U.S., Stasia worked in theater and earned certification as a Covid-19 Officer. In January 2022, she publicly distanced herself from her mother, Snizhana Yehorova, who expressed support for Russian President Vladimir Putin and celebrated the annexation of the occupied Donetsk and Luhansk regions. Yehorova has been living in Turkey since 2021 with her younger children. By 2023, Stasia stated she had completely cut off communication with her mother.

“We are no longer together. I am grateful for 13 years of marriage, three wonderful children, and the happy moments.”

She also added:

“The best is yet to come for both of us.”

Stasia emphasized her commitment to living in a way that her children would never feel ashamed of her actions: “I cannot and should not be held responsible for my mother's words and deeds. I am a mother of three myself, and I strive to live my life so that my children will never be embarrassed by me or become hostages to my selfish choices.”

The divorce between Stasia and Yaroslav Rovinsky marks a significant turning point, given the length of their marriage and their large family. It also reflects a broader trend where personal relationships are reshaped by external pressures such as war and emigration. Stasia remains focused on her children's well-being, underscoring the importance of parental responsibility even in the most difficult circumstances.
