According to Конституційний суд: The Ukrainian court recognized unconstitutional the limitations in the law regarding the deadlines for employees to file lawsuits on salary and other payments. Now employees can more freely exercise their right to judicial protection without being constrained by deadlines.
The authors of the constitutional submission proved that such limitations threaten the constitutional rights of employees.
From now on, the legislator must take into account the specifics of labor relations when establishing deadlines for court appeals to not hinder employees in protecting their rights. This court decision will contribute to ensuring justice and legality in the field of labor and employment.
