The Constitutional Court of Ukraine made key decisions: what will change for millions of Ukrainians

According to Конституційний суд: The court made a decision regarding constitutional complaints and proceedings, having considered the case based on the statement of Tymoshenko and other persons. Closed sessions discussed the complaint from the representation of 'ANDRITZ HYDRO GmbH' and adopted Decision No. 5-r(II)/2025, which will be made public on November 27, 2025.
The court will continue to examine the submitted complaints and proceedings at the next sessions. The panels of judges opened and denied proceedings in various cases, and decisions on further actions will be made at future sessions.
