The Constitutional Court has made a number of decisions: what will change for Ukrainians

On Thursday, November 20, 2025, the Grand Chamber of the Constitutional Court considered cases on constitutional submissions and complaints. The Court made decisions regarding a number of acts:

• checked the constitutionality of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025";
• confirmed the legality of certain points of the Law of Ukraine "On Court Fees";
• clarified whether the Criminal and Family Codes of Ukraine comply with constitutional norms.

Then the court moved to the closed parts of the plenary sessions to discuss and make decisions on constitutional proceedings.

Continuation of consideration of cases on constitutional submissions and complaints

The Grand Chamber continued its consideration of cases on constitutional submissions by people's deputies and citizens in matters related to the Constitution of Ukraine and laws.

Citizens' complaints regarding the Administrative Judiciary of Ukraine were also considered. Decisions on these issues will be made at the next sessions.

The Constitutional Court continues its work to ensure compliance with constitutional norms and the rights of citizens.
