The Constitutional Court of Ukraine considers the reduction of prosecutors' salaries: what the court decided

According to Конституційний суд: Today the court considered the issue that arose around the budget law for the next year. One of the prosecutors filed a constitutional complaint due to the decrease in the minimum subsistence level, which, in his opinion, restricts their rights. In addition, he claims that a separate minimum for prosecutors is a form of discrimination.

The court carefully examined all issues and held a closed session. Representatives of the prosecutor and the Verkhovna Rada participated in this meeting, and the video recording can be viewed on the court's website.

As a result of the consideration of this case, the court made a decision. Most importantly, both those who filed the complaint and government representatives had the opportunity to express their views and arguments. Now we will find out what decision the court will make on this matter.
