According to hvylya.net: Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that mobilization in Ukraine is proceeding according to plan, and most citizens are consciously joining the army when receiving summons. 'This is true. It is also very important to understand that mobilization is 90% going absolutely normally - people come to serve. They are not taken by force, they are not dragged,' he noted.

Shmyhal also emphasized that mobilization is a constitutional duty of every citizen, and TCK will have body cameras like those used by police. Ukraine is spending its own funds on weapon purchases, and the capacity of Ukrainian manufacturers is constantly growing.

'The media always highlights that small, scandalous percentage that works against Ukraine. Against Ukraine, against Ukrainian society, against our independence and national security, that mobilization is these 5-10% of scandal. In reality, mobilization is 90% a conscious decision of Ukrainians. Look in the army - there are different people. There are businessmen and people from villages. The army reflects Ukrainian society.'

Efforts in the Ukrainian Defense Sector

According to the minister, Ukraine is raising significant funds through taxes to contribute its own share to the war. Additionally, the Russians attack positions daily along the entire front line and the summer offensive continues. Shmyhal emphasized the importance of applying pressure on the enemy both on the battlefield and through sanctions.

The minister also noted support from partners, particularly Germany, which is ready to provide technical assistance and funds. Ukraine continues to develop its military capabilities and actively works on strengthening its defense sector.

Efforts to mobilize citizens and strengthen the country's defense continue in the Ukrainian defense sector. The Defense Minister emphasizes the importance of the conscious decision of citizens to serve in the army, as well as the high support and assistance from international partners, particularly Germany. Ukraine continues to improve its military capabilities and control the situation along the front line, proving its readiness to stand guard over its own security.
