Svyrydenko announced a national cashback on fuel up to 15%
In Ukraine, a new aid package is being prepared for the population, which includes one-time social payments and cashback on fuel. The launch of the program was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yulia Svyrydenko, after discussions with the President reported.
Cashback on fuel: Ukrainians will get back up to 15% of the cost
According to the head of the government, citizens will be able to receive partial compensation when purchasing fuel at gas stations. The program will operate based on the state initiative "National Cashback.".
The following compensation amounts are provided:

15% cashback on diesel fuel;

10% cashback on gasoline;
-
5% cashback on autogas.
The program will be valid until May 1 at those gas stations that join the initiative. Currently, over 9.4 million citizens are already using the "National Cashback" program.
Social support: Ukrainians will receive 1500 UAH in aid
In addition to fuel compensation, the government plans a one-time payment for socially vulnerable categories of the population.
A payment of 1500 hryvnias will be received by:

pensioners;
-
people with disabilities;
-
low-income citizens;
-
internally displaced persons;
-
families with children;
-
recipients of basic social assistance.
It is expected that nearly 13 million people will receive financial support. Payments will be transferred in April through existing social assistance mechanisms - to bank accounts or via "Ukrposhta".
Funding will be carried out within the framework of the existing budget programs of the Ministry of Social Policy.
Recall that the National Cashback payment for December 2025 began on February 27.
