Gas tariffs for Ukrainians will remain unchanged until April 2026: all details

According to hvylya.net: From November 1, 2025, Ukrainians will continue to pay for natural gas at an unchanged price of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter. The tariff remains at the level of August this year and will be valid until May 2026.

According to 'OBOZ.UA', 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' has approved the gas price until the end of April next year, considering the moratorium on gas price increases.

The gas supply company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine', which is part of the 'Naftogaz' Group, will continue to supply gas for Ukrainian families at an unchanged price of 7.96 UAH per cubic meter. This includes the 'Fixed' tariff plan for residential customers. The price will be valid until April 30, 2026.

Approximately 98% of household consumers in Ukraine use the services of 'Naftogaz'. The rest are served by alternative suppliers of blue fuel.

Changes in gas delivery payment

Starting January 2026, gas distribution companies will recalculate the cost of gas delivery for each consumer. The new amounts will depend on the actual volume of consumption, while the basic tariff will remain unchanged due to the military moratorium.

Ukrainians pay a fixed amount for delivery, which is recalculated annually. In 2025, payments were based on consumption from October 2023 to September 2024. In 2026, the calculation will be based on the period from October 2024 to September 2025.

The individual delivery tariff can be found on the official website of the gas distribution company or in the payment document. The cost of delivery varies by region.

The amount in payment bills for delivery consists of two components: the delivery tariff and the actual volume of consumption. During the martial law, the delivery tariff will not increase; only the volume of gas used will change, which is considered in the calculations.

Important information regarding the price of natural gas for Ukrainian consumers, as well as changes in gas delivery payment starting next year, has been presented.
